Valeria Tiffer
MBA Candidate at Tuck | Harvard Law LL.M.
Valeria Tiffer is currently an MBA candidate at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, having started her studies in August 2023. She is involved in various leadership roles, including serving as a Fellow at the Center for Digital Strategies, Co-Chair of the Tech Club, and leading a project for a metaverse gaming company. Additionally, she is a Forté Fellow, which supports women in business education.13
Prior to her MBA, Tiffer had a notable career in international trade and law. She was an independent consultant from 2018 to 2023, focusing on trade policy, strategy design, and e-commerce. Her work included advising on e-commerce regulations in trade agreements and participating in global negotiations on digital trade. She also co-founded and served as Co-CEO of Pata Paw, a global e-commerce brand for pet accessories designed by female artists.12
Tiffer holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a law degree from the University of Costa Rica. At Harvard, she was the first president of the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association and was involved in various moot court competitions, earning several awards for her performances.2 She is fluent in Spanish and English, with elementary proficiency in German.1
