Valentina Catena is an Engagement, Learning, and Development Consultant with a career spanning over a decade. She believes in enhancing employees' and leaders' natural abilities to drive success. Valentina began her journey as a communication and e-learning professional and has since worked in various organizations and roles, including project coordination, design thinking, and consulting human resources functions. She excels at fostering professional relationships, communicating across diverse backgrounds, and understanding business design from a human perspective. Having worked internationally, she is attuned to cultural nuances. Currently, Valentina focuses on designing and executing global initiatives for engagement, knowledge sharing, organizational learning, leadership development, and strategic alignment.

Valentina Catena holds a BA in Communication Science with Honors from Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza'. She also earned a Full Marks scholarship for her MA in Preservation and Presentation of Moving Images from Universiteit van Amsterdam. Additionally, she has certificates in Design Thinking, Counseling, Coaching, and Conflict Transformation.

Valentina has contributed her expertise to various organizations, including Peoplerise, where she serves as an Engagement, Learning, and Development Consultant and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach. She previously worked as a UX Researcher, Design Thinker, Quality Management Assistant, and in roles related to learning design, organization development, grant writing, and media advocacy. Her diverse background enriches her approach to design formats and strategic alignment for organizational success.
