Valentina Balan is a highly educated and accomplished professional with vast experience in the fields of political science, business development, marketing, and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Political Science from the Russian University of Peoples' Friendship and a PhD in Political Science from the Institute of Sociology, Russian Academy of Sciences. Throughout her career, Valentina has held numerous executive positions in various companies ranging from startups to established organizations. She is currently working as a CPO at TalentPowered.Team (TPT) and has previously worked as a CBDO at Adboost, COO at Startup Tour Pro, and CMO in Moscow Chapter at Founder Institute. With her extensive expertise in customer success, marketing, and business development, Valentina has made valuable contributions to the growth and success of each of these companies.
