Valair Shabilla is a seasoned security awareness and training professional with a rich background in leadership and customer service. With expertise in implementing, maintaining, and reporting phishing simulations, Valair excels in effectively communicating and training diverse audiences through various methods and applications.

Valair pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Middle Tennessee State University. Additionally, Valair completed their High School Degree in Multimedia at John Overton High School.

Throughout Valair's career, they have held key positions in reputable organizations, including Senior Program Analyst - Security Awareness at Enterprise Holdings, Security Engineer - Awareness, Communications & Training at Community Health Systems, and Associate Security Engineer - Awareness, Communications & Training at Community Health Systems. Valair also gained valuable experience as a Communications Department Intern at the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee. Prior to these roles, Valair honed their skills in different capacities, from Sales Consultant to Manager, Crew Lead, and Crew Member at AMC Theatres.
