As an Associate Client Service:
Roles & Responsibilities: 

o	Handling accounts for key clients – IBM, LNT and Birlasoft in order to close the 
Requirements.
o	Mainly involved in closing positions for CTH (Contract to Hire) requirements.
o	Active participation in monthly business review meetings, conference calls with the client to improve upon the service level agreements
o	Doing Client Interactions and Follow ups to get the maximum demands & to close as well. 
o	Participation and co-ordination in various walk-ins / Drives organized by client’s side. Lining the highest number candidates for the interviews as per the demand. 
o	Co-ordinating for Telephonic & F2F interviews at the client place on daily basis.
o	Co-ordinating with the team of recruiters, generating reports, client coordination and interacting with top level executives in organization.
o	Giving off line requirements to the recruiters to get the fast closures. 
o	Screening the profiles received from the recruiters, as per the client’s JD.  
o	Doing follow ups for the earliest feedbacks to increase the on boarding counts of recourses.
o	Upload information into proprietary recruitment database..
o	Taking follow up for PO & Cart Ids to on board the candidates at earliest.  
o	End to end recruitment from taking down demand from client to on boarding of the candidate.
