UWIMPAYE Elyse is a passionate individual interested in world changes and development through technology. With a strong belief in a growth mindset, she aims to contribute to making the world a better place. Currently pursuing Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh with aspirations to become a great Aerospace Engineer.

Elyse holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh. She completed her high school education with top grades in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science at both Agahozo Shalom Youth Village and Liquidnet Family High School.

Throughout her career, Elyse has been involved in various impactful roles such as Power Electronics Engineer at Asteria: Space and Satellites, Buddy Representative at Edinburgh University Students' Association, and World Literacy Foundation Ambassador at the World Literacy Foundation, among others. She has also demonstrated leadership as a Co-Founder at Leapfrog Africa Smart Technology and President of the Village Time Club at Agahozo Shalom Youth Village.
