With nearly seven years' experience in the United States, Utkarsh has been involved in workforce management implementation projects with renowned companies, which inspired him to start his entrepreneurial journey upon returning to India in 2019.
He is currently the Director at WFM Experts, where he collaborates with a team of consultants, specializing in Workforce Management solutions as a UKG partner.
Utkarsh's expertise lies in managing and leading onsite-offshore engagements for large enterprises, and he possesses advanced technical skills in various platforms including UKG (Kronos), Blue Yonder (JDA), Workbrain, and PeopleSoft.
His technical competencies extend to UKG WFC and WFD Solution design, configuration, integrations using tools like WIM and Dell Boomi, as well as custom report development.
Utkarsh Shukla holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from SRM University and has held key positions in companies such as Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, and Target.
His diverse background from project management to system engineering reflects his well-rounded experience in the technology and business sectors.
