Usman Sadiq

Usman Sadiq is a result-driven and passionate people leader with ten years of experience in the SaaS industry, specializing in global support operations and cloud SaaS support.

He has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences.

Usman has also completed a specialization in Leadership and Management Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School.

Throughout his career, Usman has held various managerial positions at Datadog, including Senior Manager, Manager 2, and Manager of Technical Support Engineering, contributing to his expertise in professional services consulting and customer experience and enablement.

He has also served as Solutions Operations Lead and Technical Solutions Engineer at Datadog, further honing his skills in support operations and technical solutions.

Prior to his tenure at Datadog, Usman worked as an Operations Support Engineer ANZ at Soprano Design, a Professional Services Consultant at Teradata, and a Software QA Engineer at Alachisoft.
