Ursina Beerli is an accomplished business professional with a diverse skill set spanning consulting, innovation, and operations. She received a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies & Business from the prestigious Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Ursina went on to earn an MBA from the leading business school INSEAD.

Ursina has held leadership positions in several organizations, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Invenda Group AG, where she oversaw the company's strategic and operational activities. Prior to that, she was the Director of Innovation and Business Intelligence at Selecta, responsible for driving innovation within the company. Ursina also worked at Bain & Company for several years, performing various roles that included Manager, Principal, Associate Consultant, and Case Team Leader.

Ursina's experience at Bain & Company honed her skills in strategy consulting and fueled her passion for innovation. Her background in operations includes working as the National Operations Director at Inspire Inc. and the Operations & Customer Service Extern at On.
