Uros Lekic, Ph.D.

Uros Lekic is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering, business, venture capital, and innovation. His journey began with a passion for automotive mechanics in his youth, leading him to study Mechanical and Thermal Engineering at the University of Belgrade. Alongside his studies, he gained hands-on experience in his family's healthy food wholesale business, sparking his interest in sales and trade. Transitioning into the corporate world, Uros excelled as an insurance salesman and later ventured into academia, obtaining a PhD in Applied Physics and Engineering Technology from the University of Twente.

Further enriching his expertise, Uros immersed himself in executive business education at Stanford University, specialized in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Università Bocconi, and broadened his knowledge in organizational design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His professional trajectory includes pivotal roles at renowned organizations such as TenNine PRO, Seedrs, EBRD, VU Venture Partners, and StoreDNA, where he held various leadership positions focusing on innovation, business development, and venture consultancy.
