She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and mentors students, interns, and women in tech to help them realize their full potential.

Urja is the founder of LeanIn circle Seattle Tech Mentors and the Industry Mentorship Program at University of Washington Husky Tech, where she also serves as a Tech Industry Advisor & Mentor.

She is also an ambassador for Project DISHA - The Multifaceted She, a cause aimed at helping women re-enter the workforce.

Urja holds a B.E. in Information Technology and Computer Science from Sardar Patel University and has held various roles in prominent organizations like Microsoft and Expedia Group.
