Umer Ehsan is a highly accomplished Agile transformation specialist and digital services Product Owner. With a wealth of experience managing large-scale business changes, Umer has been instrumental in driving technological advancements across a number of high-profile organizations, including News UK and HM Revenue & Customs. As Head of Publishing Transformation at News UK, Umer helped the company to implement a number of Agile and Lean methodologies, resulting in improved efficiency and effectiveness across their entire publishing operation. Prior to this, he served as Senior Agile Programme Manager - Data Technology at the same company, where he successfully led multiple projects focused on leveraging APIs and data to drive customer engagement and improve overall performance.
