Uli Sachs is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in law, privacy, and IT regulation. Sachs has studied law, philosophy of law, and economics at various universities across Germany and also learned Russian and French. She holds a Ph.D. in Law and Economics from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
