Ula Mikus is a creative individual who is always eager to learn and is endlessly curious about new ideas. With a background in entrepreneurship, human resources, management, and organizational leadership, Ula holds various degrees from reputable institutions including the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica, Cotrugli Business School, and Innovation Institute Croatia. She has also studied at Selectio Hr Academy and Ipec Coaching, gaining a diverse skill set.

Throughout her career, Ula has held significant roles in prominent organizations such as Prezzee where she served as the Country Manager for the US market. Prior to that, she was the Head of People at Tinybeans and a Co-Founder at Happiness Academy NYC, showcasing her versatile experience in different industries and sectors.

Some of her notable past positions include working as the Human Resources Manager at ZARA within Inditex, serving as an Organizational Development Consultant at BMW USA, and holding leadership roles at FedEx as the Head of HR & Organizational Development and HR Coordinator. Ula's professional journey highlights her diverse background and expertise in human resources, organizational development, and management.
