Responsible to drive and accelerate customer acquisition and success which are the key drivers for Indigo's growth. During the last 5 years we drove an NPS (Net Promoter Score) improvement of 50 points and counting, making HP Indigo the clear leader in the Printing industry with a customer NPS of 60 and one of the world's top B2B companies. The Growth group is a full-stack team full stack developers and designers that run rapid experiments and quickly scales solutions for customer and sales success. 

Among the team key achievements:
• Building a process of continuous improvement that drive a consistent 10 points per year NPS improvement year over year
• Managing the PrintOS mobile app that has a world-class performance with a DAU/MAU of over 50% and 90 day retention of over 50% making it one of the top 10 most sticky apps in the world
• Developing and managing the company's transactional email with over 20,000 weekly reads for 4,000 customers
• Developing and managing the company's loyalty program and a dedicated online store with mechanize (www.printbeat.store) with over 3,000 weekly users
• Initiating and managing a dedicated social network for our customers and users
• Deploying new sales approach leverages the Challenger Sales model and deep commercial insights

Head of Growth - HP Indigo

Manages a team responsible for customer experience, business development, planning, analysis and efforts to increasing customers experience, revenues and GM from Indigo fast growing $1B+ business
• In charge of yearly and ongoing planning and analysis process and supports management with key business decisions
• Responsible for Indigo’s Customer Experience – working with Indigo’s customers and across the organization to accelerate their growth and customer experience while improving Indigo’s top and bottom line results
• Support in developing the worldwide GTM and Service structures, processes, roles, responsibilities and incentive mechanism
• Works hand-in-hand with Indigo’s region and country managers to accelerate growth in major indirect key markets including: Brazil, Turkey, Russia, South East-Asia, Switzerland and Australia
