Udayan Sen

Udayan Sen is a seasoned professional with a strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning, Market Research & Analysis, and M&A within the pharmaceutical industry, complemented by prior experience in technology, operations consulting, and project management.

He holds an MBA from Duke University's The Fuqua School of Business, with a dual concentration in Marketing Strategy and Finance, as well as a Health Sector Management certificate. Udayan completed his undergraduate studies in BE Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Management Information Systems at the National University of Singapore and attended high school at Calcutta Boys' School.

Throughout his career, Udayan has held various key positions at Novartis, including Head of FP&A, Franchise Finance Head for Haematology, Cell & Gene, and Medical divisions, Associate Director of Finance, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Strategic Planning Analyst.

Prior to his tenure at Novartis, he gained valuable experience through roles such as M&A Research during his MBA Internship at Buck Consultants (now Xerox), and positions as an Advisory Software Specialist and Software Specialist at IBM.

Udayan's academic achievements include being on the Dean's list during his MBA and receiving a full scholarship for his undergraduate education.
