In his role at the Coca-Cola-Nestle joint venture, he spearheaded the expansion of active countries from ~5 to 20+ by introducing low sugar, clean label ingredients. Jatar is also known for training and teaching numerous Fortune 500 executives, students, and scientists in leading scalable innovation, leading to the development of numerous patents.
His achievements extend to developing the brand and launch strategy for Coke's first water brand, Kinley, in 1998, which achieved #1 status in Coca-Cola India's portfolio by providing tamper-proof clean water. With an MBA in Marketing from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and a BA in Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Fergusson College, Jatar brings a strong educational background to his endeavors.
Throughout his career, Udaiyan Jatar has held various leadership positions and advisory roles in organizations like Newtree Impact, Blue Earth Network, Tecton, Georgia Institute of Technology, The RSA, Presidio Graduate School, and major roles at The Coca-Cola Company and Procter & Gamble.
