Tyler Wiggers

Tyler Wiggers is a commercial real estate investment executive and thought leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry.4 He currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer and Director of Industry Partners and Engagement (IPE) for the Center for Real Estate Finance and Investment (REFI) at Miami University.2 Previously, Wiggers worked at the Federal Reserve Board from January 2016 to July 2022, where he advised Board members and other senior leadership on significant trends and risks in real estate capital markets and corporate debt positions.4

Wiggers has held various positions throughout his career, including:

He holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Miami University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from New York University.24

Wiggers has also contributed to academic research, co-authoring a paper on defaults and losses on commercial real estate bonds during the Great Depression era while working at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.135
