He has held various key roles in organizations including serving as a Senior Lecturer & Director, Honors Cohort & Academic Director, Master of HR Management Program at The Ohio State University, and working in human resources at Shell Oil Company in different capacities.

Tyler believes in continuous learning and embraces the philosophy that a great teacher is one who learns from students, learns with students, and learns for students.

His professional journey includes experiences ranging from being a Human Resources Account Manager and Analyst at Shell Oil Company to fulfilling roles such as Substitute Lecturer, Human Resources Intern, Graduate Assistant, and Manager at The Ohio State University.
