Tyler Rattray is a storyteller with a strong passion for using narratives to advocate for social issues and promote empathy.
He transitioned to focusing on digital storytelling to enhance understanding and empathy, leading to roles at The Skin Deep and to.org.
At to.org, Tyler, as the Creative Director, has overseen the production of character-driven video vignettes in various countries, managed storytelling across platforms, and facilitated creative development for partners.
Prior to his current roles, Tyler played a pivotal part in the growth of Change.org, where he held various positions including Executive Assistant, Business Development Associate, and US Deputy Director of Partnerships.
He contributed to Change.org's rapid expansion, from a few million to over 50 million users globally, and was actively involved in business development, partnership building, and facilitating impactful social movements.
Tyler's educational background includes a BA in History and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and earlier studies at Mt. View Elementary.
Throughout his career, Tyler has showcased strong leadership abilities, creativity in storytelling, and a commitment to making a positive impact on society.
