Tyler began his career as a Retail Store Manager at VOLCOM before working his way up the ranks to become the Regional Manager and Operations Manager. He then moved on to become the Director of Retail Operations at 5.11 Tactical, where he oversaw the retail operations at the company's retail stores and e-commerce platform. Currently, Tyler is the Senior Director of Retail at 5.11 Tactical, where he manages the company's retail and e-commerce channels.
With over a decade of experience in the retail industry, Tyler has developed a keen eye for operational efficiency, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. He is passionate about creating a positive retail experience for customers and developing effective retail strategies that drive growth and improve profitability.
