With over a decade of experience working with children, Tyler emphasizes Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and play-based learning to help students develop a deeper understanding of themselves, peers, and course materials.

Having studied at prestigious institutions like Stanford University Graduate School of Education and Santa Clara University, Tyler holds a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, with a focus on grades 2-3, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Studio Art.

Apart from classroom teaching, Tyler has diverse experience ranging from serving as a 1st Grade Teacher to holding positions at Stanford Alumni Association, Bronco Urban Gardens, and De Sassiet Museum.

Tyler's professional journey includes roles as a former Student Teacher, Administrative Associate, Education and Outreach Intern, Docent, VP of Philanthropy, Vice President, and Camp Counselor, showcasing a multifaceted skill set and a commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth.
