A full service Real Estate Broker in Oregon, representing residential buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro area:

•	Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other
•	Develop and maintain networks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred
•	Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking
•	Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings
•	Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers'​ needs and financial resources
•	Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
•	Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients
•	Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
•	Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
•	Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters
•	Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
•	Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
•	Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles
•	Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price
•	Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
•	Prepare documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements
•	Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
•	Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates

At BrokerageBox, we are streamlining the independent broker's business and providing the framework of a franchise, without the franchise in one seamless platform.

•Composed weekly press releases, media advisories, and other relevant media content aimed at informing the public of the Attorney General's efforts in serving the public good, as well as the mission of the Oregon Department of Justice.

•Compiled media lists and generate press coverage by pitching to various channels of the media on a regular basis. 

•Generated monthly social media campaigns via Twitter with the goal of delivering compelling content to the public.

•Promoted Ethos Magazine by hosting four different events throughout the year with the goal of getting students and faculty more interested in the publication. 

•Facilitated three different partnerships with student organizations and local businesses to help promote and run events.

•Generated 12 partnerships with first event and attracted a crowd of over 100 people to come attend the musical performances throughout the event.

•Used creative strategy to create long-term media campaigns tailored toward clients’ marketing goals/objectives and advertising budgets, which varied from $1,000 a year to $40,000 a year.

•Prospected and managed over 10 different accounts and generated about $50,000 in revenue.

•Set up at least five meetings per week with local businesses of local businesses and consistently met sales goals of at least $10,000 in revenue each month.

Account Executive

•Played a key role in developing and managing social media strategy via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram by posting on each platform at least four times a week.

•Engaged athletes, coaches, and like-minded individuals via social media before, during and after events and generated 2,000 more followers on Instagram and Twitter within three months.

•Developed and implemented strategy of four Twitter Takeovers with NCAA and USA track and field athletes leading up to championship meets.

•Compiled athlete quotes in mixed zone, an area where the media is allowed to interview athletes after competition.

TrackTown USA

•Recruited and engaged more than 100 students in over 270 hours of volunteer work for SAA focused events.  

•Coordinated six SAA spirit/tradition focused events while identifying ways for SAA members to stay involved.

•Maintained a beneficial relationship between students and our alumni and donors while serving as the face of the student body.

Marketing Intern

•Lead a team of six people from the human resources department and was in charge of handing out roles and responsibilities to each member of the team. 

•Targeted specific departments at the university to build relationships between the site and key referring staff members. 

•Recruited four more interns to the human resources department and five writers to the editorial department.

•Disseminated information about the site and the opportunities for internships to students around campus. 

•Reached out to senior organizations that have qualified retired alumni and fans that could help out FishDuck.com on a part-time basis.

Section Manager

•Worked with the marketing team as well as the creative team (Allen Hall Advertising) to facilitate an exciting and fun game day experience for students at UO baseball games.

•Job consisted of informing students about upcoming baseball games and special events through pre-game activities such as handing out flyers/materials and tabling at various places around campus. We also did a lot of game-day activities such as giveaways and social media contests.

•Increased student attendance at baseball games by 25% during the 2014 baseball season.

•Planned and generated four drip marketing campaigns which required creating databases of potential realtors and buyers from a wide demographic.

•Created multimedia, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and was in charge of consistently updating the company website on a weekly basis.

•Attracted agents to join Summa Realty and advertised homes that were for sale to targeted clients and buyers.

•Helped move people out of their homes and into their new places. This job taught me a lot about how to take initiative while working with a group of people, customer service, and how to lead a group of people.

•Promoted from an assistant position to a lead position within one month of working for the company.

•Managed groups of one to four people depending on the move and completed jobs that could take anywhere from two to twenty hours.

College Movers LLC

Lead Associate

•Planned, promoted, and coordinated all philanthropy events for the year, which were designated to raise money for the Brian Reams Foundation which is a non-profit organization that provides underprivileged kids with the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities outside of school and also spreads awareness towards the potential risks associated with drunk-driving.

•Started a crowd funding campaign that generated over $1,200.

•Allocated nearly $8,000 within the year, the most the fraternity has raised in a decade.

•Raised money for many different charities and non-profit organizations by raising money for all the fraternity and sorority philanthropies around campus.

•Attracted at least 200 people to come to each event and support our cause.
