Tyler Higgins, a fifth-generation native of the Bay Area, has been a prominent figure in the commercial real estate industry since 1986.
As the Managing Partner of Orchard Partners, a real estate investment and operating company he co-founded in 2007, Higgins focuses on acquiring core and value-add industrial properties in key distribution markets across the United States, with a special emphasis on value-add office and R&D properties in the Bay Area.
With over $3 billion worth of transactions sponsored by Orchard Partners, Higgins brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.
Before establishing Orchard Partners, he spent 16 years at AMB Property Corporation, now known as Prologis NYSE: PLD, holding various roles including Managing Director of the West-Central region and contributing to the company's IPO in 1997.
Higgins, an Economics graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, is actively engaged in several real estate organizations and holds leadership positions at the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
