Tyler George

Tyler George is an experienced Operations and Regional Director with a strong passion for building and growing new business units.

Having worked at Zipcar and Lyft during their early stages, Tyler managed VC-funded hypergrowth through IPOs and beyond, showcasing his ability to scale and optimize businesses effectively.

During his time at Zipcar, Tyler started when it was a niche, regional company and played key roles in directing global logistics, overseeing city launches, international expansion, and managing multiple acquisitions as the company grew into a multi-billion dollar enterprise.

At Lyft, Tyler was the first employee in Boston and successfully built and managed a team across multiple sites, overseeing all New England operations, including aspects such as local marketing, profit & loss, data analytics, and external relations with clients, press, and municipalities.

Tyler George's expertise lies in optimizing marketplace dynamics, continuous improvement in logistics, and the development of high-performing teams.

His educational background includes studying Undergraduate Business School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and further studies at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Throughout his career, Tyler has held key roles in various organizations, including being the Former VP of Population Health Strategy & Ops at Pair Team, Co-Founder and COO of Healthcare Workforce Development Venture at Redesign Health, General Manager in Massachusetts and New England, General Manager in Boston, and Regional Director in New England at Lyft, as well as Director of Global Operations, National Manager of Service Quality, National Fleet Manager, and Operations Manager in San Francisco at Zipcar.
