-Grew a team from 3 to 10, managing high volume growth while keeping churn on current accounts at historical lows.
-Cut in half the time it took to get a client on-boarded to Percolate's software, allowing Percolate to absorb clients faster.
-Developed and implemented a process to provide Percolate with global reach and insight, allowing Percolate to serve clients in 6 continents with relevant and contextual content for their brands.
