At Ologie, the executive account director role is the agency’s primary ambassador to the client and the overall leader of a portfolio of clients within the client services team. In this role, I work alongside fellow client partnership team members and strategy, research and creative team leaders throughout a project to ensure that what we deliver is of the highest possible quality.

Served as Director of Agency Operations, executing at a tactical, strategic and operational level often handling the oversight of projects that did not neatly fit within departments or other leaders’ areas of responsibility. Overarching, my works was focused on understanding the greater mission of the agency, the agency’s annual goals and the vision of the CEO in order to advance the agency.

As the owner of revenue generating functions – including marketing and business development strategies, the company more than doubled revenue and headcount during my tenure, including QoQ growth 12 out of 15 quarters. My most notable impacts included:- Built and implemented Geben’s business development program from scratch – CRM, financial forecasting, capacity and utilization targets, new capabilities, proposal/contract creation, and packaged service offerings. The result was more than 200% revenue growth during my tenure. - Elevated Geben’s brand to attract higher quality clients. The effort not only increased revenue, but drove such demand that we opened a Chicago office in 2016 to service clients in the area.- As the company grew, I developed or enhanced many of our internal systems that support the core functions of the business, such as revenue projection, client on-boarding, accounts receivable, aspects of talent onboarding, and programs that enhance culture.

During my time at GSW, I was responsible for the day-to-day account management and execution of clients' strategic objectives, including organizing, managing, and producing deliverables for the following activities:-	Client stakeholder interviews-	Target persona development-	Competitor digital marketing audits-	Development of information architecture (sitemaps, wireframes, UI specs)-	Creative concept development and execution-	Consumer digital experience mapping-	Consolidation of more than 300 client URLs globally-	Content localization for global affiliate markets-	Coordination of SEO planning and execution-	Updated product photography for more than 500 product families-	Development of a governance and content management process & trainingThroughout that process, I served as the client’s voice to the core GSW design and strategy teams as well as the GSW voice to outside vendors being used by the client.  Additionally, I’ve taken on:-	Supporting upper level account service managers on the implementation of strategic objectives-	Continuously expanding my market knowledge to pitch new opportunities to the client-	Leading all deliverables through the GSW and client approval processes-	Monitoring the billing process to ensure projects stay within budget

Account Management

- Responsible for leading the branding and marketing of GSW's innovation practice and it's product/service offerings – creating both key messages and essential marketing materials, including presentation slides, sell sheets and FAQs. - Worked closely with colleagues in the Innovation Lab to develop editorial plans and influence the overall creation of assets to match market demands. - Contributed to the innovation effort – identifying emerging trends, brainstorming big ideas, and having a strong point of view.- Owned the Lab's social media voice – leading the website/blog effort as well as managing Twitter, Facebook, Slideshare and YouTube accounts.
