With a wealth of experience in various roles, Tyler has served as Assistant Director of Convention Services at the Baltimore Convention Center, showcasing his expertise in overseeing large-scale events and conventions.

Prior to this role, Tyler held the position of Convention Services Manager at the same establishment, honing his skills in event coordination and management.

Tyler's career journey also includes managerial roles at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, where he managed social events, front office operations, and guest services, highlighting his diverse skill set within the hospitality industry.
