Tyler Boisvert

Tyler Boisvert is the Executive Director of Zeta Psi Fraternity, Inc., a position he has held since June 2020.14 With over 15 years of experience in non-profit management, Boisvert has dedicated a significant portion of his career to the fraternity organization.15

Career at Zeta Psi

Boisvert's journey with Zeta Psi began in April 2010 when he joined as a Leadership Consultant.1 He steadily progressed through various roles within the organization:

• Leadership Consultant (2010-2012)
• Director of Chapter Services (2012-2015)
• Associate Executive Director (2015-2020)
• Executive Director (2020-present)

Responsibilities and Achievements

As Executive Director, Boisvert oversees:

• International Headquarters operations for over 50 chapters across 5 countries
• Management of 10 full-time staff members, contractors, interns, and a core volunteer group of over 150
• Leadership of the Zeta Psi Fraternity board and Zeta Psi Educational Foundation board
• Budget processes and operational finances

Under his leadership, Zeta Psi has implemented a new mission statement and won a Laurel Wreath award from the North American InterFraternity Conference for staff programming in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.1

Education and Professional Development

Boisvert is an alumnus of Zeta Psi's Nu Sigma chapter at Seton Hall University, class of 2010.2 He has continued his professional development by pursuing certificates in Executive Leadership and Change Management from Cornell University.3

Personal Interests

Outside of his fraternity work, Boisvert is passionate about:

• Helping first-generation college students network
• Empowering youth to combat hazing and bullying
• The UNESCO world heritage sport of Hurling, particularly with involvement in Limerick, NY1
