Ty Hauter is a prominent businessman, entrepreneur, and hospitality brand expert known for founding Good Time Design Hospitality and Entertainment Group in 2006. With over twelve years of experience, Ty has reshaped hospitality, entertainment production, marketing, and design across various concepts and brand avenues that span beyond California.

Originally from a small Midwestern town, Ty pursued his education at Eastern Illinois University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. His career in the hospitality industry began during his college years, working in different establishments, leading him to Chicago's nightclub scene before eventually relocating to San Diego in 1990.

The genesis of Good Time Design in 2006 marked the establishment of Wave House, The Tipsy Crow, and the original Whiskey Girl, further propelling the group's growth. Today, Good Time Design boasts a diverse portfolio including Moonshine Flats, Moonshine Beach, The Deck at Moonshine Flats, Cat Eye Club, The Blind Burro, and several other renowned venues in San Diego and Nashville.
