Tushav Vig

Tushav(Chris) Vig is a Human Resources and Finance Insurance Professional with an Entrepreneurial mindset, having a wide range of experience in HR and Financial Insurance Analytics operations.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources and Finance from ICFAI in Gurgaon, India, and a NABU Diploma in North American Business Management focusing on Human Resources Management from Capilano University in North Vancouver, Canada.

Tushav's journey in HR and Finance started after completing his Hotel Management degree, leading him to work in various roles such as Recruitment Manager and Manager-HR Operations at different organizations.

In his recent role as an HR Manager at Atiya Herbs, Tushav managed HR-Admin operations for a sizable workforce. He has also been involved in community engagement, serving as the Director of Internal Relations at the Capilano Human Resources Management Association in Vancouver.

Tushav's specialties lie in Recruitment and Selection, HR Policy Implementation, HR Operations, Insurance Risks Management, and Underwriting.

Currently, Tushav is working as an Insurance Financial Advisor and Risks Analyst at HUB International, bringing his expertise in HR and Finance to the insurance sector.
