    Tushar Kanade is a Public Policy Advisor - India at Virgin Hyperloop, managing public policy initiatives and negotiations with State governments and the Government of India. He has extensive experience in hyperloop technology, representing the company at public speaking events and conducting original economics research. Previously, he served as a Special Advisor - Hyperloop to the Govt. of Maharashtra and as a Chief Minister's Fellow, focusing on initiatives like the Mumbai-Pune Hyperloop route and revamping Mumbai's bus transit network. Tushar's current research centers on the economic impacts of a potential 'Hyperloop' corridor in India. Outside his professional endeavors, Tushar has a background in collegiate debating, having represented India at prestigious international championships. Prior to his role at Virgin Hyperloop, he worked in Deloitte's Enterprise Risk Services division. Tushar holds a PGD in Economics from the Meghnad Desai Academy of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from NMIMS. He has been admitted to various renowned Masters programs and has received prestigious scholarships, including the Aga Khan Foundation International Scholar and the Chevening Scholarship.
