Prof.Dr. Türker Baş holds a PhD and is a Director at Galatasaray University Leadership Research Center, a Professor of Management at Galatasaray University, and a Chair at Happy Place to Work with over 25 years of experience in organizational behavior, neuroscience of well-being, and employer branding.
