As the first hire for Revv ADAS, I drove revenue from $250k ARR to over $4M ARR in under 10 months. I also onboarded a full team of 8 professionals, including a Director of Sales, a Director of Partnerships, 3 Account Executives, and 3 BDRs.

My goal as an Advocacy PMM for AWS was to drive engagement with our users, create programs to excite our users, and turn consumers of our Developer Tools products into advocates on behalf of AWS. In this role I had an intense focus on developers as an audience - how to speak to them, how to excite them, and how to work with a varied set of individuals to determine the core needs of our customer base

Helped lead the creation of the inaugural Developer Influencers Summit - a program that brought 72 of the most influential external AWS developers/builders from around the world to share their insights and receive briefings from service teams representing five technical disciplines: AI/ML, Containers, Databases, Developer Tools, and Serverless

Led the creation of the .NET Explorers program and the expansion of the AWS Heroes Program

Spoke and represented AWS at multiple events/workshops nationwide

Worked closely with agency partners to produce testimonials for some of the leading brands that utilize .NET development on AWS

Responsible for content creation for blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and customer testimonials

During my time on the Gears of War and Forza global marketing teams I shipped 3 different titles, with a significant amount of time and contribution on shipping Forza Motorsport 7. I also worked closely on sustain marketing Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3. My duties included representing the team at international events, leading go to market planning on sustain beats for the franchise, working with partners on programs, working closely with engineering on game development in regards to marketing beats, project management, copy writing, etc. 

Just a few of my key accomplishments include: 

Owned and delivered the Gears of War Rockstar Horde Energy Challenge, driving a 35% increase in playing time over the weekends of the event. 

Representing the Forza Marketing team at global events. I was the only marketing representative from Forza at Gamescom (the largest consumer gaming show in the world). I worked with members of Turn Ten as well as PR to secure and run show floor presence, closed door sessions with media, and game-capture sessions with influencers. I also represented Forza Motorsport 7 at E3 demoing on the new Xbox 1 X, at Global Showcase event in San Francisco, the launch event of FM7 in LA, and the Sonoma Raceway IndyCar Series championship, and several more. 

Project managed the design and fulfillment of all global pre-order incentives for FM7. This included ensuring the on-time delivery of 100,000+ model GT2 RS’s as well as 1.2 million+ in-game driver gear codes delivered to field individuals globally.

During my summer internship on the Halo marketing team I developed a concept review for a potential new business model for Halo moving forward. This included competitive research, articulating a marketing perspective, developing a value prop, and researching a target audience. My work culminated in a presentation to the studio heads of 343 industries and work on the project that was continued by other employees after my internship ended.

I initially joined StackSocial as a summer marketing intern. My role expanded to include Biz Dev responsibilities. During my time I was responsible for organizing KPIs to keep marketing goals on track, creating a content marketing plan, analyzing sales data to look for growth opportunities, managing publishers, and developing ads for social media. 

After my internship ended, I was asked to extend my time as an employee and work remotely as a customer insights analysts. This role consisted of contacting customers in order to hear first hand accounts of their experience with the website and mailing list, ultimately leading to design changes and changes in email marketing practices.

I was responsible for organizing all logistical details of the 2013 Igniting Innovation Summit on Social Entrepreneurship, as well as securing speakers and panelists for the event. This event is the largest undergraduate run Summit on Social Entrepreneurship in America and featured speakers such as Andrew Yang, Arnoud Raskin, and other high profile entrepreneurs.

My role aboard Semester at Sea consisted of pioneering the Shipboard Drive, intended to raise funds for scholarships for future students of the program. My voyage was able to raise a record breaking $60,000+ over the course of the campaign. The role included direct relationship building with donors as well as significant strategic planning and campaign forming.

I led the curriculum and teaching for middle school aged students who took a summer course in Lampworking at Glassworks and Printmaking Studio. This consisted of teaching groups of 4-10 students at a time various techniques in this discipline of glassblowing over the course of a summer.
