This tailored approach focuses on providing strategic and hands-on client support at the local level.
Troy holds a Master's Degree in Art & Architecture Planning from the University of Cincinnati, where he achieved Dean's List recognition. He also pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design at Ball State University.
With an extensive professional background that includes roles such as Adjunct Professor at Miami University, MarTec Capabilities and UX/UI Lead at Procter & Gamble, Senior UX Lead at Kroger, and various positions in user experience, digital arts instruction, and design consultancy, Troy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the digital realm.
