He holds licenses in over 45 states and is a Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager, boasting more than 20 years of experience across various insurance lines. Troy's educational background includes studies in Architecture and Design at the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University.
