Troy Lieberman

Troy Lieberman is a legal expert with a diverse background in IP, tech, and privacy litigation. He serves as the Vice President of Legal at Attentive, a mobile marketing SaaS company where he leads the compliance, product counsel, and litigation functions. Prior to this role, Lieberman was an Associate General Counsel at Attentive and worked at Nixon Peabody LLP as an attorney with a focus on technology litigation. With experience in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, false advertising, privacy, and data security cases, Lieberman has represented companies in courts and arbitration proceedings across the country.

Lieberman studied government at Colby College before attending the University of Virginia School of Law to earn his J.D. He also worked as a business transformation consultant at IBM Global Business Services earlier in his career.
