Troy Goode is the founder and CEO of Courier, a Y Combinator-backed startup that provides a notification management system for engineers to manage multi-channel app notifications at scale.1234 Prior to founding Courier in 2019, Troy was a YC S19 Founder at Y Combinator.12

Troy has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry, having held various leadership roles such as:

• CTO & Head of Product at Winmore, a cloud software company for logistics, from 2013 to 20192
• Vice President of Engineering at EveryAction, a political technology provider, from 2012 to 20132
• Senior Management, Engineering at Eloqua (acquired by Oracle) from 2010 to 20122
• Team Leader, Engineering at NRECA from 2006 to 20102
• Manager, Engineering at Diamax Information Systems from 2003 to 20062

Troy attended Fairmont State University for Computer Science and also participated in Y Combinator in 2019.2 He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.2
