Trotter Cashion is a seasoned Engineering and Product leader with a wealth of experience leading teams and developing high-quality products. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering for Riot Game Operations at Riot Games, Trotter has played a significant role in guiding the development of new games and products across various tech stacks.

Prior to focusing on Engineering and Product leadership, Trotter honed his programming skills for eight years, delivering high-quality code in Ruby, C#, Java, JavaScript, and Erlang. An agile practitioner, Trotter is proficient in Scrum and Kanban, and has used both methodologies in the past to deliver successful projects.

In addition to his technical prowess, Trotter is a published author and accomplished public speaker. He has written three books and given numerous talks on various tech-related topics.

Trotter's educational background includes the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA program, a Business Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania's The Wharton School, and a BA in Philosophy, Mathematics, and Economics from Emory University.
