She has experience as a Senior Manager of Customer & Market Insights, Senior Market Research Manager, Market Research Manager, Consultant, Fellow, and in various intern positions across companies like CAQH, Lyra Health, Stanford Lab for Mental Health Innovation, Accenture, and Hopelab. Her professional history also includes roles at organizations like S.O.L.V.E. Health Tech, Henry Health, and Omada Health, where she gained valuable experience in strategy, research, marketing, and consulting.

Within the academic realm, Trishla has engaged in research efforts as a Principal Investigator and Researcher in a case study on the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record System in a rural hospital.
