Tripp Wier

Tripp Wier is a seasoned senior business development professional with over twenty years of experience in sourcing investment opportunities for Private Equity Funds, Family Offices, and Corporations.

Before establishing Paley Advisors, LLC, Tripp was a founding member of Cathedral Partners, now known as Axial, Inc. He also served as the Head of Deal Sourcing and Investment Manager for C2 Partners and Context Advisors, a Private Equity Fund, and boutique investment advisory firm.

In addition to his impressive business development career, Tripp held a significant role as Assistant Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware Department of Justice.

His earlier experiences include management positions in heavy industrial manufacturing companies such as Kingway Material Handling Company in Atlanta, Georgia, and Hanna Corporation and Klemp Corporation of Chicago.

Tripp's educational background includes a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University, a JD in Law from Widener University Schools of Law, and studies at Wilmington Friends School.
