His expertise in various areas that include financial analysis and modeling, M&A advisory, and strategic consulting allowed him to provide invaluable analysis to several companies to ensure their optimal financial health.

In 2018, Tripp transitioned to the investment management industry, joining John Hancock Investment Management as an investment analyst.
