Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•	Provide leadership and oversight for Peer to Peer, Planned Giving, and Wealth Engine Screen initiatives•	Manage individual caseload of mid-level donors to develop dedicated, lifelong, financial ministry partners and to increase overall and individual financial participation•	Oversees the Identification and cultivation of new mid-level, as well as identifying significant donors to major donor rep•	Establishes and meets aggressive mid-level fund-raising goals and incremental donor growth targets•	Creates and oversees budges, schedules, and staff development/assessment plans in support of Advancement Department and ministry goals•	Develops funding proposals in support of both GAiN and mid-level/major donor objectives, garnering support from Programs, Marketing, Field Strategy, and Logistics/Procurement teams•	Serve as lead for systems and donor app (e.g. Siebel) for Development team•	Ensures security and veracity of donor tracking system, updating, and purging data•	Coordinates with Marking Department to design direct marketing campaigns to reach new donors, connect with current ministry partners, and to increase financial involvement in GAIN’s programs•	Lead and give direction to development team membersSupervisory Responsibilities:•	Oversees position focus, 360 assessments, and personal development plans for Development team•	Trains new members in Cru and GAIN development process

Vice President of Donor Advancement

- Manage donor, volunteer and administrative activities. •  Train and supervise volunteers, promoting a team environment.•  Provide timely, friendly and high-quality customer service on donor questions and inquiries; maintain contact with child sponsorship donor base by sending emails, writing letters and making phone calls. •  Process checks and cash into donor database using eTapestry.•  Analyze quarterly donor giving reports to track individual donor activity.•  Contribute to organizing and planning promotional and marketing events.•  Produce the quarterly newsletter.•  Spearhead ways to better promote the mission and ministry of Livada to current and potential donors.•  Forge close relationships with sponsoring churches and participants prior to mission trips by answering questions and making sure appropriate information is given and received about the events. •  Spread awareness of the mission of Livada by enlisting mission trip volunteers to continue their service in helping the Romanian orphans through US based volunteer projects and fundraisers.•  Oversee the maintenance/compliance of HR, making sure alignment to IRS, federal and state requirements.•  Assist Executive Director with US and Romanian staffing processes.Key Achievement•  Decreased annual expenses by almost 10% through renegotiation and thinking outside the box.
