Tricia Shelby

Tricia Shelby is a talent acquisition expert who has worked in various positions related to sales and recruitment. With a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Kentucky, Tricia has been a Sales Learning Instructor at Paychex, where she uses marketing techniques and networking strategies to help guide sales leadership in hiring the ideal candidates for their teams. Tricia has also served as a Talent Acquisition Sales Consultant, Corporate Recruiting Consultant, and Street Team-Manager in various companies, including Nestlé Purina North America and Cricket Communications.
