Trey Clark is an accomplished Senior Vice President of Investment with years of experience in the real estate industry. He has a notable record of exceptional performance in deal sourcing, negotiation, valuation, and management. Trey is a finance professional with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business, where he specialized in General Studies, Finance, and Real Estate.

Trey has occupied several high-ranking positions with renowned organizations in the industry. He currently works as Senior Vice President, Investments, at Vanke Holdings USA LLC, where he oversees multiple communities' development and assists with other corporate investments. Trey co-founded RealtyShares, a platform that provides crowdfunding for real estate investments, before joining Vanke Holdings. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Investments at MacFarlane Partners, where he worked on multiple projects, including the redevelopment of the Queen Anne Square Hotel in Newport. Trey has also served as Vice President of Acquisitions/Asset Management at Sequoia Ventures Group, focusing on high-end residential acquisitions in Southern California.
