•	Developed Metro Ice Sculptures from a concept into a reality. 
•	Responsible for all ice carving, delivery, sales, marketing, accounting, finance, and all customer development, relations and maintenance.
•	Implemented creative marketing strategies to drive success and develop business.
•	I have also created new processes and systems for increasing customer service satisfaction, including an online ordering and payment method. 
•	Worked with a number of high profile customers and Fortune 500 companies, including: Target, Best Buy, US Bank, General Mills, Medtronic, Land O’Lakes, Ecolab and Thrivent Financials, just in Minnesota alone. Other notable Fortune 500 companies include Red Bull North America, PepsiCo, and Coke. Working with these companies have taught me to adapt to working with other people efficiently, be flexible, trust other’s judgment and overcome obstacles.
•	I have organized and managed teams of up to ten people for various large-scale projects, dealing with tight deadlines, various schedules and other unforeseen obstacles.
•	Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I have used these two programs to primarily design ice sculpture renderings for client approval, touch up photographs to go onto the company’s website and create vector programs to transfer to a CNC machine for logo ice sculpture production.
•	Five-time winner of the St Paul Winter Carnival Ice Carving Competition.

•	As the store manager, my duties included: Cashier, customer relations specialist, inventory maintenance and ordering, in charge of store cleanliness and organization, equipment repairs, hiring of staff, scheduling, cash deposits, marketing, in-store sales and internet sales.
•	I helped develop an online inventory system, connecting with a centralized database spread across four other retail stores and three paintball fields.
•	Used various methods of social media, marketing campaigns, newspaper adds, and radio commercials to enhance and optimize store visibility.
•	Established a special order method to help customers get the items that they wanted to purchase, even if the company didn’t carry the brand or didn’t have it in stock.

Store Manager

•	In charge of working with professional paintball teams to help them gain a competitive advantage using various data collection and analytical methods to obtain information.
•	Worked with players and coaches from all over the world, which taught me strong listening and communication skills and helped developed my adaptability.
•	Responsible for putting the information that was gathered into a presentation to the coaches and team.
•	Utilized the information to help the team(s) make in-game changes based upon data collected before the game and during the game.
•	I have helped teams win three World Paintball Championships.

•	Started as an Associate, serving customers, running cash registers, serving customers, taking orders, fulfilling orders, and maintaining general restaurant cleanliness. 
•	Promoted to Associate Trainer within three months after passing all training tests and certification. Responsible for training new Associates in designated work areas including: the bakery, cashier responsibilities, sandwich lines, salad lines, consolidation station, back of house (i.e. food prep, dish washing and garbage).
•	One year after starting at Panera, I was promoted to Shift Manager. This promotion brought on new responsibilities, including: interviewing and hiring of new Associates, administering training tests, creating the work schedule for Associates, maintaining customer relationships, inventory, cash safe reconciliation and deposits and coordinating catering orders.
