Trevor Jenkins is a highly accomplished business and ministry professional with a diverse background. He holds a Master of Divinity degree in Divinity/Ministry from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University. He has had the opportunity to serve in various capacities throughout his professional career.
Currently, Jenkins serves as the Director of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Access) at Puppet. Prior to that, he has founded Jenkins Cooper and Unfiltered Conversations, both organizations aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He has also served as a Sr. Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager at ServiceNow, Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at ActiveCampaign, and even has prior experience as a Campus Pastor and Player in the National Football League (NFL).
With his diverse background, Jenkins is a sought-after speaker and panelist on issues of diversity and inclusion, providing valuable insights for professionals on how to promote and maintain an inclusive workplace.
