Trevor Hightower is a talented and encouraging leader, passionate communicator, optimistic visionary, strategic maximizer, and intuitive connecter.

He is the Founding Partner and CEO of The Craftwork Group, a company focused on bringing Hospitality to Multifamily, enhancing resident experiences, and creating NOI.

Trevor is a family man, happily married to his wife Tyler, and a proud father of three children: Chase, Grace, and Elle.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.

Trevor's experience includes being a Former Official Member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, Founder and CEO of Workflourish, Managing Director at CBRE and Parkway Realty Services, and Senior Project Manager at Ridge Property Trust.

He is also a Captain in the US Air Force Reserves and writes on his substack 'This is Good.'
