Trevor Fletcher is a seasoned music industry professional with over three decades of experience. He currently serves as a Consultant, Executive Producer, and Director at Growing Soul Records, a role he has held since 2012. In this capacity, he focuses on various aspects of the music production process, including A&R (Artists and Repertoire), talent acquisition, and production coordination, as well as managing audio, video, and recording logistics.1
In addition to his work at Growing Soul Records, Fletcher is the Vice President and General Manager of Criteria Recording Studios, a renowned facility in Miami, Florida, where he has been instrumental in maintaining its national and international reputation since its acquisition by New York's Hit Factory in 1999.1 He also leads TONE Consulting Corp, which provides a range of services from project coordination to artist development.12
Fletcher holds degrees in Business Administration and Telecommunications Management from Miami Dade College and Florida International University, respectively. His extensive career includes collaborations with a diverse array of artists, such as 2 Live Crew, Julio Iglesias, and Gloria Estefan, showcasing his versatility and influence in the music industry.1
