Treva Maxwell-Anderson is an accomplished environmental engineer, project manager, and entrepreneur with a passion for science, technology, and education. She studied Chemical Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin and received an MS in Engineering with a focus on hazardous waste management from Wayne State University. Over the years, she has demonstrated her proficiencies in identifying needs, communicating technical concepts, proposing creative solutions, utilizing resources, and improving processes.

Maxwell-Anderson's professional experience includes serving as the Process Information Manager at International Paper, and as a Senior Environmental Engineer at both Weyerhaeuser and International Paper.
